2) What CryptoSens is

CryptoSens is an educational crypto investing simulator that combines virtual wallets, alerts, and leagues to help you learn and practise using market data.

• The Service is informational and educational: it is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Testing/League wallets use virtual money. We do not execute real trades and we are not a broker.
• We display prices and market metrics from external sources (e.g., Binance). There may be delays or errors.
• Alerts, signals or analysis (including AI, if applicable) are estimates and may be incorrect.

3) Eligibility requirements

To use the Service, you must meet these requirements:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• Not be legally prohibited from using the Service and comply with applicable laws in your country.
• Understand and accept that CryptoSens does not provide financial advice or personalized recommendations.

4) Account, security and use

If you create an account, you are responsible for your activity and keeping your access secure.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date (e.g., email or username).
• Keep your credentials confidential and secure access to your device.
• Be responsible for actions taken from your account (unless unauthorized use is demonstrably proven).
• You can request account deletion from the app if available.

5) Simulation, virtual money and leagues

CryptoSens provides tools to simulate and learn. It is not an exchange or a real trading platform.

• We do not hold real funds or execute real trades.
• Testing/League buys and sells are simulated and calculated using estimated market prices.
• There may be a difference between the displayed price and the “simulated price” (latency, rounding, source).
• In leagues, rankings depend on game rules (start, end, goals, liquidations and closures).

Results, rankings and statistics may vary due to data latency, configured fees, league rules and differences between sources.

6) Alerts, signals and automated content

Alerts are based on defined conditions (e.g., price thresholds) and third-party market data. We do not guarantee an alert will be delivered on time or always delivered (it depends on network, permissions, notification systems, etc.).

If the Service includes automatically generated signals or summaries (AI), they are provided for informational/educational purposes and may contain errors or simplifications.

7) Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Some features may require a subscription (for example, limits on coins/wallets/alerts).

• Purchases are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play / Web (depending on where you subscribe).
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
• You must cancel through the store/platform where you purchased the subscription.
• Refunds are governed by the purchase platform’s policies and applicable law.
• We may change prices or plans in the future; where applicable, we will inform you within the Service.

How to cancel your subscription (iOS / Android / Web)

Cancellation depends on where you subscribed. Follow the matching steps below:

• iOS (Apple): Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → CryptoSens → Cancel Subscription. (You can also do this from App Store → profile → Subscriptions).
• Android (Google Play): Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CryptoSens → Cancel.
• Web: Open the email you received when you subscribed (confirmation/receipt). It contains a link such as “Click here to update or cancel your subscription” that takes you to the subscription portal. From there, you can cancel, update your payment method, and view invoices. If you can’t find the email, contact us at support@cryptosens.ai

After cancelling, you’ll keep access until the end of the already-paid period. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

8) Acceptable use (prohibited conduct)

You may not use the Service in a way that harms others, the Service, or violates the law.

• No abuse, spam, harassment, fraud attempts, or manipulation of leagues/rankings.
• No decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the Service’s code or logic.
• No bots or automation to exploit the Service without authorization.
• No illegal use or infringement of third-party rights.

9) Intellectual property

The Service, its design, brand, text, code and content belong to CryptoSens or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You do not acquire ownership rights.

10) Third-party services

The Service may integrate or rely on external providers. We do not control their services and they may apply their own terms.

• Market data sources (e.g., Binance or others).
• Charts/visualizations (e.g., TradingView or others).
• Analytics and measurement (e.g., PostHog / Google Analytics if applicable).
• Subscription management (stores and/or RevenueCat).

11) Disclaimers

CryptoSens is provided for educational and informational purposes.

• We do not provide financial advice or guarantees of outcomes.
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of data.
• Signals/AI may be wrong. Verify important information before making real-world decisions.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the Service.

• We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by third parties, network failures, or device issues.
• Where permitted by law, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (if applicable).
• Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

13) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for security/legal reasons.

• You can delete your account if the option is available in the app.
• We may suspend/terminate for breach, fraud, abuse, or risk to the Service.
• After termination, your wallets/leagues and features may no longer be available.

14) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. We will publish the updated version and indicate the date. If changes are material, we may notify you within the app.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on your country of residence.
